So, now you like to know which album was voted „Best Ska Rocksteady Early Reggae Album 2010“ here at joescholes.com. … that’s more than fair.

The participation

Thanks for the more than 1500 votes that have been cast between Dec 16th 2010 and Jan 15th 2011. That was really overwhelming. Until today 412 people liked the poll posting on Facebook: incredible.

The Editing

This was my least favoured part of the poll. But it was necessary, since the form that I used for the poll let me down in some respects. I spent the last two hours editing my spreadsheet with the votes. There were some double entries with the same ip-address, the same date and the same vote. I erased these.

2011

It would also be interesting for me to hear what you thought about this poll. Please drop me a comment. Thanks for the words of encouragement I already received. There were also some helpful comments that lead me to believe that I should change the voting process, maybe ask for email addresses of the voters in order to make multiple votes from any one person harder.
