Best Ska Rocksteady Early Reggae Album 2010 – the intermediate results – poll runs until 15th Jan 2011
The following poll is closed. The results will be published Jan 17th 2011.
Are you as curious and impatient as I am? Then you might want to know the intermediate results of the Best Ska Rocksteady Early Reggae Album 2010 poll as of today. The numbers should be accepted only with a major reservation: There have been a good number of double votes. Some people have given voted more than once, the duplicates will be deleted in the final results.
More than 1.000 votes have already been cast. But whom did they vote?
Since Jotforms (the supplier of the forms) doesn’t offer dynamic results in a format that is helpful, I just made a list of the preliminary Top 10 manually. I was surprised to see this:
- Red Soul Community – What Are You Doing? 114
- 65 Mine St. – same 83
- Babylove & the Van Dangos – The Money & the Time 81
- Slobbers, The – Beating Your Pants Off 75
- Thorpedians – Maximum Hard Reggae From The Top 64
- Clerks, The – Vagabund 61
- Hotknives – About time 61
- Unlimiters – same 50
- Mr. Review – XXV 46
- Mr. T-Bone & Friends – The Instrumental Session Vol. 1 43
The following poll is closed. The results will be published Jan 17th 2011.

Posted at 12:04h, 08 JanuaryThanks a lot for the message, Bobjr94, I will look into that as soon as possible. And act accordingly. I thought jotforms would prohibit these multivotes. The ip addresses are being submitted, too.

nice idea, but the poll is ridicolous as far as everyone could vote as often as he wants…don`t you think so!
bye

Posted at 13:32h, 10 JanuaryHi Olly, thanks for the comment. I guess you mean the same thing as bobjr94 in an earlier comment. As I said, I can and will delete double votes after checking the IP-Addresses that are sent with the votes.
Besides, generating an “Album Of The Year” is only one aspect of this poll, another is to get an impression of what happened musically in the Ska world during the year.
